RETURNS & REFUNDS
If something isn’t quite right with your order, you can request to return your pieces for a refund or a credit note within 14 days of receiving your order.

1 - Register
For a faster refund you can register your request for a return on our site, under ‘MY ACCOUNT / MY ORDERS‘.
2 - Send
Send back the parcel using the return method of your choice at the following address (depending on your location):

How to process the Return?
- Print and fill out the return form that you received with your order or access the return request on your customer account on www.gibrilandgabrielle.com
- Attach this form to the article (or items) you want to return
- Send the package via an international delivery company of your choice to the address that will be communicated to you by our customer service
- Return costs are your responsibility
- To avoid possible problems, please note and keep the shipping number of your package. This shipping number will be provided by the shipping company
- After receiving and checking the condition of the product, we will proceed to an exchange or a refund
What are the conditions to get a refund for an item?
To be able to proceed to a refund for your item, you have to make sure that the price tag, packaging, and the product are not damaged. The product should be in a good condition to be put back on sale.
To which address should I return my item?
Returns will be made in France, in Turkey or in the United Kingdom depending on your location, if you are not sure, our customer service will provide you the relevant address in accordance with your location.
If you would like to exchange your item please follow the same process as above (on Returns). Buyers can exchange for the same or an alternative product.
Please note that shipping costs are the client’s responsibility.
It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the package is received back by us. Therefore we recommend using a trackable service with confirmation of delivery. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in the post that have not been received by us.
Any returned items must be sent back in unworn and unused condition, with all original tags still intact. Any defects to the products returned such as marks, stains, damages or any distinct smells which suggests use of the product will result in a non refund.
Failure to send back any items in it’s original condition may result in a deduction in fees of the refund.
MY PACKAGE DOESN’T CONTAIN A RETURN RECEIPT…
If your package doesn’t contain a return receipt, you can download one online at your ‘My Account/My Orders’ page:
- Click ‘Make a return request’
- Select the relevant option
- Select which products you would like to return to us
- You will then reach the return request confirmation page and we will email you with a confirmation of your return request

You will receive an email letting you know when the refund has been made. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for our studio to process your return package.
YOUR ITEM HAS A SMALL DEFECT
We have but one obsession: to offer you the most beautiful creations there are! If, despite all of our quality assurance checks, there is still a slight defect with your product, please contact our Customer Service department at email@example.com
Don’t forget to send a picture of the item and defect in question – this will help us solve your problem as efficiently as possible!
